Following your Member registration and log in, you will be presented with the Member Home and Search landing page. This page will allow you to navigate your way through the site, it features:
Merchant and Offer Search
The Member Home page is where you can find all of the Merchants that are currently active within your program as well as check out all the great offers.
Merchants are listed within the catalogue by category. To look at different categories, scroll up and down the page. A category can be further explored using the left and right arrows or by selecting 'View All' for a specific category.
Search Bar
Want to know if your favourite Merchant is offering any great deals? You can easily look them up. Just type their business name into the search bar. Then select the search button and watch the Merchant appear.
The search bar will automatically generate a filter for the results and display them as tabs. If you no longer want to see the refined results, you can select 'X' on a specific tab to remove the filter.
Categories
Are you looking for a place to eat dinner? How about a place to buy Christmas presents? You can click 'Categories' in the search bar, which allows you to refine your search by categories and specific features.
You are able to select an overall category, such as Dining, to view all Merchants within the category. 
Or you can use the associated arrows to reveal more details and select to filter your search further, such as Dining type - Cafe. The arrows to the left of the item will indicate if you have the option to expand the category, if there is no arrow, you have reached the base level filters.
Once you have selected a filter, it will appear as a tab and show the relevant Merchants. If you no longer require the filter, simply select the 'X' next to the category.
Location
The location filter allows you to select the distance you are willing to travel from your current location and view all of the relevant Merchants within that range. To do this, adjust the slider until you are happy with the range (e.g. within 15kms)
By default, this function will use the current location of your device. But what if you are headed on holiday and want to check out available Merchants before you arrive? You can do that using the same function. Just type in your destination suburb and select it from the drop down list.
Offer
Do you only want to see the Offers with the best rewards? Click ‘Offer’ on the search bar.
Here, you can filter your results by moving the slider to only show offers with rewards above a certain percentage or fixed dollar amount.
Map View
Merchants can be displayed in both a grid view and map view. To switch between these displays simply use the toggle.
When in map view the Merchants will be indicated with a pin icon.
If there are multiple Merchants in close range, they will be indicated with a yellow circle and a number indicating the number of Merchants in the area (perfect to help you find a destination for your next shopping spree). Just click on the yellow circle to zoom into the area.
Use the + and - buttons to zoom in and out and use your cursor to click and drag to move around the map.
The same search, category, location and Offer filters can be applied in map view, and the Merchant pin points will be refined accordingly.
If you would like more information on a Merchant in map view, you are able to select the pin point and the Merchant's details will appear.
Results
Each Merchant box displayed in the Merchant catalogue will provide additional information when you select it. Doing so will show you all of their details, information such as their business branding, current offers, opening hours, address, website information and links to their social media pages.
Quick searches
On the landing page, there are two options, which essentially conduct quick searches for you. If you click 'Shop now' on the 'Find stores near you' tile, you will be given search results for Merchants within 25km of your current location.
To exit that search, just press the 'x' on the filter under the search bar.
If you click 'Shop now' on the 'Shop online' tile, you will see only Merchants with the capabilities to sell products online.
Drop Down Menu
Using the icons on the top right hand side of landing page will allow you to access your notifications, menu items and additional help.
The menu provides a brief overview of your total rewards to date, as well as shows you series of items in a drop down list. These items include your details, transactions, cards, gift cards, invites and the option to log out. When an item is selected you will be redirected to the appropriate page.
Notifications
Notifications can be viewed by selecting the bell icon. You will be alerted of any new notifications with a call out displaying the number of unread notifications. Once all of the notifications have been viewed, this call-out will disappear.
All of the current notifications will be displayed in a list and show the title and a description.
If there is a notification that is of significance to you, and you would like to save it, simply select the star icon next to that notification.
To revisit your saved notifications, toggle to switch to 'Starred'.
Help
If you require an additional support you can simply select the help icon which will redirect you to tailored information provided by the Program Operator.
Recommend a Merchant
If there is a particular Merchant you love that is not in our current catalogue, you can use the 'Recommend a Merchant' function to suggest they come and join. Once you have selected the 'Recommend them' button you will be redirected to our 'Invite' page in the drop down menu.
