The rewards platform has the ability to store and display all of your transaction information when you make a purchase with an active merchant. In most cases, this information will be displayed instantaneously and can be found in the 'My Activity' item in the drop down menu. 


The My Activity page will allow you to:

 

View transaction summaries

When you first load the 'My Activity' page you will be able to gain an overview of the status of your transactions using the 'Summary' tab. 



The summary boxes will outline your:

  • Total lifetime earnings (the total amount of rewards you have earnt since joining the loyalty program).
  • Available balance (rewards you are able to redeem / withdraw).
  • Pending earnings (rewards you have earnt but are pending payment/validation from the Program Operator/Merchant).
  • Withdrawn amount (rewards you have withdrawn from the loyalty program).



View last 5 transactions


Below the summary boxes, you will be able to view your last 5 individual transactions by line item. For each transaction, you will be shown the transaction:

  • Date and time.
  • Description (the reward type and the Merchant name).
  • Payment method (the card type and last 4 digits of the card used).
  • Amount (the reward amount paid, noting that the reward % and full purchase price are outlined).
  • Incoming or outgoing arrow (a reward earnt will show incoming, a withdraw will show outgoing).
  • Status ('Pending' indicates the rewards have been earnt but are pending payment/validation from the Program Operator/Merchant, 'Processed' indicates the reward is available for redemption/withdrawal).



View all rewards


To ensure all of your transactions can be found promptly, they are conveniently sorted by date and can be viewed using the 'Rewards' tab. 



Once you have found the relevant transactions, you will be able to scroll through the individual transactions listed by line item. Each transaction line item will display key information (similar to the 'last 5 transactions' display), regarding the purchase details, such as the status, date, merchant, payment method, purchase amount and reward amount.




Transaction Status

When a purchase has been made with an active merchant the transaction amount and reward will be instantly displayed. However, the reward itself may take some time to be processed and paid. 


A pending status indicates that the rewards have been earnt but are pending payment/validation from the Program Operator/Merchant.

On the other hand, a processed status indicates the reward is available for redemption/withdrawal.



Date

The date column outlines the date and time that the purchase was made.


Merchant

The merchant column indicates which active merchant you made the transaction with.


Purchase

The purchase amount is the total transaction value.


Reward

The reward column displays two core components, firstly the reward offer (i.e 10% cashback) and secondly the reward value for your transaction based on the offer amount.


Filter Transactions

Want to find a specific transaction? You can easily look it up by typing the Merchant name where the purchase was made into the search bar, then select the search button and watch the Merchant appear.



Or, filter your transactions based on the date your purchase was made by selecting a range on the calendar or manually entering the date using a D MMM YYYY format (e.g. 1 Oct 2020).

 

The search bar will automatically generate a filter for the results and display them as tabs. If you no longer want to see the refined results, simply highlight the field and select 'delete'.


View transaction withdrawals


Once you have received confirmation that your rewards have been successfully processed, you will be able to have them withdrawn into your designated account at scheduled intervals. These withdrawal transactions will then be displayed in the 'Withdrawals' tab.



Each line item will display key information, such as the status, date, withdrawal description, designated account/card and the withdrawn amount. The final column indicates the status. Payment pending indicates that a withdrawal has been requested but has not yet been actioned.
