Our rewards program ensures you receive cashback and rewards for every transaction. To actively participate in the rewards program, you will be required to provide your card details. This allows us to 'identify' your purchase, calculate rewards and pay back to you as a credit. Once you have accessed the rewards platform, your card information can be viewed, edited and added to by selecting the 'My Cards' item in the drop down menu.
The My Cards page allows you to:
View your cards
The 'My Cards' page allows you to see which cards you currently have registered and, as a result, earning rewards. For added security, we will only display the last four digits of your card number, your card expiry and the date you registered the card.
The card icon makes it easy to identify each card as Mastercard, Visa or Eftpos.
Add a card
If you have multiple cards but have not yet registered all of them, simply select ‘Add a card’. After all, the more cards you have registered, the more likely a reward.
Once you have selected 'Add a card' you will be provided with fields that allow you to enter your card number and expiry date. Ensure the card is new to the program and is valid; otherwise, you may receive an error message.
You will also be required to authorise the 'identification' process of this card by selecting the tick box.
When your card details have been successfully entered select ‘Save’, and wait until you are prompted with confirmation of your registration.
Click 'Continue' to return to the 'My Cards' page.
Edit a card
If you receive a new card and need to update the expiry date for an existing card number, use the Edit ‘pencil’ icon next to the relevant card.
Add your new card expiry date in the field provided.
Once you have made the change, select ‘Update’.
Remove a card
No longer have the ability to use your card? Not to worry, it's easy to remove the card from the system. Just click the 'Delete' icon next to the relevant card.
You will be able to review the last four digits to ensure you have got it right, then select ‘Yes’ to deregister the card from our program.
