Updates
Extra filters on 'Transactions' page
Loyalty Now has implemented a new filter on the 'Transactions' page to select 'Refund given'. This filter is based on the Reward Process Status and will enable Admin users to easily analyse and process matched and unmatched refunds. Admins can also export a csv file of these results.
Extra information on 'Member Payment Runs' page
Additional information about Member Payments is now available on the Admin Portal. The Member's First name, Last name and Member number are now available. This will make it easier for Admins to answer Member inquiries regarding payments.
Link Card Report
Loyalty Now has added a "Reports" section to the Admin Portal main menu. This currently contains a 'Link Card Report', which details when Members have added cards. The report contains member details, masked card details and the date and time the card was added. It can be used to analyse trends in Member card registration, as well as to investigate when individual cards were added. Search results can be exported in a csv file.
