The purpose of this article is to outline the most recent updates that have been released and deployed to the Loyalty Now platform. This release has:

Excluded Offers on specific transactions are visible
Loyalty Now has implemented the visibility of more data on the 'Transaction Details' page in the 'View' section of the Admin Portal.
The transaction details page now includes a section called 'Excluded offers'; this section lists any offers (if any) that were not applied to a specific transaction and gives a reason why the offer was not applied.
This functionality is useful for investigating why an offer may not have been applied to a transaction. For example, a member may inquire why they did not receive a reward for a particular transaction that occurred on a Tuesday. By looking at the 'Excluded Offers' data it is apparent that this particular offer was only eligible between Wednesday and Friday, so it can be confirmed no reward will be given.
