The Merchant Home features various summary boxes to provide you with the best overview of your program. Once you have accessed the rewards platform, this information can be located by selecting the 'Home' item in the menu.
The Merchant Home page will allow you to:
View activity summary
The activity summary monitors all of your transactions in one place and provides an overview of your program's success!
In the summary, you can see information about rewards, such as the number of transactions Members have completed with you, the total amount they have spent with you, and the total that Members have received in rewards as a result of transactions with your business.
Under the 'Costs' heading, you can see a breakdown of the costs as rewards (paid to the Members), fees (paid to the Program Operator) and tax. You can see the total that you have received invoices for and the total that is uninvoiced so far. Finally, the pending payment amount shows the amount you have been invoiced for, but you have not yet paid.
Want a more detailed overview of your transactions? Simply select the ‘View activity’ link and you will be redirected to the Activity menu item. More activity means more customer engagement!
View summary charts
The Merchant portal is unique in that it provides your company with real time data to indicate exactly what is occurring in your program. This includes providing you with a summary chart when signing in.
Want to see the amount of success and level of customer engagement during your time participating in the program? The Summary charts allow you do see a direct comparison between total customers, repeat customers and new customers within the past month.
Each chart is interactive, and you can hover over a specific column to retrieve additional information.
For even more information on your performance and to explore the other charts on offer, simply select 'View all charts' and you will be redirected to the 'Charts' menu item.
View active offers
Active Offers allows you to see all the wonderful Offers you are providing to help Members get rewards!
The Offer overview features your Merchant logo, the Offer title and associated description, the reward amount and the valid days that registered Members can receive rewards from the Offer.
To view all of your current offers select 'View all offers', and you will be redirected to the 'Offers' menu item.
View latest invoice
You are an essential element in ensuring that all Member rewards are correctly funded. Using the latest invoice summary, you can stay up to date and keep track of what debits are coming up!
The Latest Invoice will be displayed with the invoice number, invoice date, payment amount and a brief description.
For a more detailed view of your invoice, you can download it by selecting the cloud icon.
To compare and view previous invoices, simply select ‘View all invoices’, and you will be redirected to the 'Invoices' menu item. A larger invoice means an improved customer engagement for the month!
