The Merchant Details menu item features tiles providing you with information about your customer facing details and branding, as well as information required by the Program Operator. Once you have accessed the rewards platform, this information can be located by selecting the 'Details' item in the menu.
The Merchant Details page will allow you to:

View Merchant details
When you first join the rewards program, you will be required to provide a variety of details about your company. These details, including your company name, address and contact information, can be quickly reviewed using the Merchant detail tile.
View address details
To assist your Members in locating your company and in turn increasing your sales, the rewards program uses your address details not only to display to Members, but also to enable Members to locate you on Google Maps, making the process from home to purchase as easy as possible! For increased accuracy on Google Maps, we need the latitude and longitude of your address.
View standard offer
Your Members love a good deal as much as you do, and that's why we require all of our Merchants to provide an Offer. If you want to review the details of your standard Offer, just look to the 'Standard offer' tile. It indicates the reward value, minimum spend and maximum spend details.
View contact details
Want your Members to see your newest range? No need to upload any marketing details, instead links to your social media pages will be displayed to Members, and they will instantly have a news feed filled with inspiration provided by your company! You can find these on the 'Contact' tile.
View branding details
To ensure that you are easily recognised by Members, we provide you with the option to include your company logo, name and a brief description. You can view these on the 'Branding' tile.
View bank account details
You can view your bank account details on the 'Bank Account' tile. If your bank account details need to be updated, please contact your Program Operator.
View scheme registration
What makes our program so unique is that there is no point of sales (POS) integration required with your company. All of the connections between you, Members and the program happen behind the scenes. To do this, we collect some core details such as your bank identification number (BIN) and Merchant identification (MID) and register them with the schemes (i.e. Visa, Mastercard or Eftpos). To view this information, go to the 'Scheme Registrations' tile.
View categories
To bring in interested customers, we allow you to select from a variety of business categories based on your specialties (i.e. dining or retail). This helps Members filter searches when they are looking for amazing Offers. You can see what categories you a linked to in the 'Categories' tile.
To ensure that your program management process is as seamless and easy as possible, you have the ability to nominate a number of authorised users that will have access to the Merchant portal. You can also keep track of which users are authorised using the provided list in the 'Austhorised users' tile.
View audit activity
In the 'Audit activity' tile, you can view any changes and activity pertaining to offers, authorised users, schemes etc.
Request an update
Have you moved location, changed banks, added a new social media page or require a general detail update? You will be able to send update requests to your Program Operator by completing the ‘Request an update’ field.
Once you have reviewed your update request and have ensure that all of the details are correct, select 'Submit request'.
