The Activity menu item will provide you with an overview of all of the transactions that have been made by registered program Members. To access your list just select the 'Activity' item in the menu.

Using the two overarching tabs 'Transactions' and 'Payments' you can very quickly identify the activity from the duration of your time in the program.
The transactions tab will display all of the transactions made by registered Members, while the payments tab displays associated management transactions such as invoice payments.
View program summaries
While in the 'Transactions' view you will be able to take a quick look of your overall transaction tally using the summary boxes.
The 'program rewards' is the total value of the rewards that have been distributed to registered Members throughout your time participating in the program.
The 'Member spend' is the total purchase value of transactions made by registered members with your business. This is directly related to the 'Member transactions' which indicates how many transactions have occurred to get to the 'Member spend' value.
The 'Total program cost' is the fee amount paid plus rewards and taxes.
The 'Uninvoiced' amount is the amount of rewards and fees yet to be invoiced to you and paid.
View transactions
The transaction list shows each individual transaction performed by Members with the:
- Id - a unique transaction identification number
- Date - the date and time of the transaction
- Purchase - the dollar value of the purchase
- Reward - the dollar value of the reward
- Reward cost - the dollar value that the Merchant will have to pay to the Member
- Fee cost - the dollar value that the Merchant will have to pay to the Program Operator
- Total cost - the dollar value that the Merchant will have to pay
- Status - the status of the transaction
You can view the status of each transaction in the 'Status' column.
The Member has paid, and the transaction is pending clearance from the bank | |
The transaction has been processed by the bank (usually 3-5 days after Auth status) | |
You, the Merchant, have already been invoiced to pay the rewards for this transaction back to the Member and the fees to the Program Operator |
You can also use the start and end date fields to filter the transaction list. Just enter the dates using a D MMM YYYY format (e.g. 25 Feb 2021) or select the dates on the drop down calendar.
Or select a specified date range from the drop down list.
View payments
The payments list shows each transactions related to your participation within the program; namely, your invoiced payments. You can see the date, invoice amount and a description. You will also see the Status of the payment, which will be either:
You have been invoiced and have already paid the amount owed | |
You have been invoiced but have not yet made the payment for this invoice. |
