The Member registration process will require you to enter primary information such as your name, contact number and email address. Once you have accessed the rewards platform this information can be located by selecting the 'My Details' item in the drop down menu.

The My Details page will allow you to:


View your details

To ensure that your personal details are up to date, and you aren't missing out on any reward benefits, go to the 'Details' overview box. This box will display your name, your contact number and any other information that is required by your Program Operator, such as your postcode.

Edit your details

If you find that some of your information has changed and requires an update, you can change these details by selecting the 'Edit' button.


Complete the necessary fields within the form, then when you have provided your updated information, select the 'Update' button to save.

View your account details


Your account information is also on the 'My Details' page. This includes information such as your membership number and email address.

In most cases, your email address will also function as your username to log in to the portal. If the email address you have provided is no longer your primary email, it is recommended that you contact your Program Operator support team to ensure that this is updated.


Change your password

Under the account details you can manage your password and, if required, create a new account password to log in. To do this select 'Change Password'.

You will be required to enter your existing password prior to entering a new password. 


If you are in a protected environment and wish to view the password you are entering, select the 'Eye' icon, this will reveal the hidden text. Similarly, you can select the same icon to hide the text.

Once you are happy with your chosen password select 'Change Password'.

After changing your password, you will be notified of the successful password change.

Click 'Continue' to return to the 'My Details' page.

Opt out of the program

If you no longer wish to participate in the rewards program, you can leave the program by selecting 'Opt out of the program'.

Action audit information

Finally, you can view the history of any activity on your account such as logins, password changes and credit/debit card additions. You can find this information at the bottom of the page under 'Last action audit information'.
