1. Log-on to your Loyalty Now Merchant portal
2. Click ‘Offers’ in the menu
3. If you remember the name of the Offer, type it into the search bar, if you don’t remember, don’t worry...
4. Click ‘Filters’ and tick the 'Finished' box
5. If you want, click ‘Sort by’, and you can put the Offers in chronological order
6. Click search and you will be able to see your old Offer. For more information, click on the Offer title or the three dots next to the Offer, then ‘View’.
