When an Offer is created, you will have the option to request approval, cancel or save your Offer. Any Offers that have been saved will have the state of ‘Editing’, allowing you to make further adjustments before you ‘Request Approval’ and your Offer is sent to the Program Operator. The Program Operator will not be able to approve your Offer until you click 'Request Approval'. When you do this, the Offer state will change to 'Approval Requested'.
