When a new Member is signed up into the program, they will be sent a welcome email containing a verification link. At this stage, the status of the Member will be 'Signed up'. To progress to the next stage of 'Verified', the Member must open the email and click the verification link.


Program Operators can also 'verify' a signed up Member by going to the Member search page on the Admin platform, finding the necessary Member, using the three dots to edit the Member, clicking 'account' and manually changing the status from 'Signed up' to 'Verified'.


Please note: Program Operators that use their own interface for Member registration may be completing this verification process externally and as a result Members may remain in a 'Signed Up' state in the Admin Members list.
